Very neat & clean, had everything I needed

A lot of mucking me around from this motel. It was ok, but for the price there is better. Will not stay here again.

Halfway between Botany Centre and Manukau city centre, it is a bit out in the suburbs, but road access is direct from southern motorway. Owners/staff very pleasant. Suite we had was spacious and easily meet the requirements of two couples or a small family. I would not hesitate to recommend this motel.

My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience- excellent attentive service and even upgraded to the next level of room with its own spa - nice new well appointed chattels, great comfy bed and all the details taken care of. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
