Great Location in the middle of the city. Free broadband. No Toiletries and bathroom and lift tiny. Clean, nice people, We'd go back.

Needs some opgrading of bathroom (toilet flush and the tap was running.) Overcrowded breakfast area. But the location is super for shopping and sightseeing.

Very good location in the center of Copenhagen. The old hotel does not offer much spaces when you enter, neither in the lobby nor in the room, but the staff are very nice and helpful - I changed my room to one I feel better. Open terrace from the room gives a good view of the town hall.

The staff was not very helpful in solving different problems. The reception is narrow and crowded. The steps down to the lower area for breakfast are uneven and therefore dangerous. The lift is too small for the many rooms and did not work all the time. The hotel previously being a charming family hotel has changed to the worse in recent years and so have the prices. Sadly, because the location is perfect.
