Old fashioned hotel, but very clean. The breakfast was good.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Ok apart from that. I have emailed them concerning an item I may have left there several times and no reply.

The hotel is right off the Manzoni metro stop and within a few minutes walk of the Coliseum and Forum. Great location! This small hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood where I had never been before. When we checked in, the front desk attendant was really nice and helpful and spoke great English. (Others on the staff did not). The room was overheated with no thermostat and the hot water in the shower had no control either. There are no international TV channels. We were only there for the night and left for the airport at 6:00 am so I cannot comment on the breakfast that is included.
