Well-located hotel which has been extended several times.Rooms can be a little remote from reception,some with access only by stairs.

This hotel is ideal for families with children. The hotel is looking a bit tired and needs refurbishing, although the rooms are good and usually very spacious.

On arrival the hotel could not trace our booking, however this was not a problem and we were immediately upgraded. The staff were very helpful and polite...nothing was too much trouble! Only a small complaint was the amount of children not being properly supervised by their parents during breakfast! I will definitely stay at the Dalmany in the future.

Stayed 21st sep for 2 nights bed & breakfast. The room we were allocated was quite large at the rear of the hotel and it also contained large bathroom & a separate kitchen containing fridge,grill oven,toaster,kettle & dishes.This was great of a night to warm snacks & the fridge was great as we didn't have to go down to the bar for ice or cold beer,as we had our own. Breakfast was terrific, plenty of choice & nice and hot. Leisure centre was also great,very clean . Overall it was a great weekend and would certainly go there again.
