The staff seems to have more to learn about first class service. They forgot dirty towles and filling up with new instant coffee, water and so on. They also forgot the wake up call!

Very helpful staff and spacious clean rooms. Great restaurant across the road which is part of hotel - does both Vietnamese and western food. Lack of swimming pool was disappointing.

I queried whether my over-the-internet tariff included breakfast (as a point of information) when I arrived, and was told that it did not. This was not a problem and I didn''t express any surprise or irritation. But later that evening one of the hotel staff arrived at my door with 3 vouchers for breakfast with the compliments of the management!

No, I would not recommend to a friend. The room was very noisy because of the main road. We didn''t enjoy travelling across a main road for breakfast and the breakfast was not very good. However, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.
