Dairy Private Luxury Hotel Queenstown (The) Guest Reviews
Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast.

The Dairy is a very comfortable hotel with exceptionally attractive, restful decor. The public areas are well furnished with squashy sofas and a small selection of books. The rooms are pleasant but smallish and there is no desk, so it would be difficult to set up a laptop to work or download photographs. The beds are large and piled with cushions but have no headboard, so you are likely to find your pillow vanishing as the bed drifts away from the wall during sleep. The price includes breakfast (served at long refectory tables in the old dairy; the food is attractively presented and includes fresh fruit and real bread) and afternoon tea with delicious home-made cake in the lounge. Internet access is complimentary, as are superb alpine views if the weather is favourable. I received a high level of personal attention, although admittedly the hotel was nearly empty at the time. Although peaceful, the hotel is well situated a couple of minutes'' walk from the centre of Queenstown.
