Very excellent location and convenient to all shopping and food outlets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Best part, we were provided with complimentary umbrellas during the wet season we visited.

Hallo everybody, This time - I think it was the 5th time to stay in this hotel - I stayed again in this hotel , With its - still - small rooms it is a very excellend hotel wit regards of allocatting:: excellent axces from KIX and OSA airports with the airport bus Excellent within waking distance from JR/Hankyu and Hanshin railway stations ( even in bad weather you don't have to go outside . Also as you are nearby quite a number of station restaurants with all kind( sorts) of food nearby availeble . Shopping facilities also nearby . so a very good hotel with nice and friendly staff only the rooms must be a little bit bigger

Stayed here twice during our time in Japan. Had no problems with English though we also spoke Japanese. Very convenient to Osaka station an dthe underground shopping area.

So many restaurants to choose from. Clean modern hotel. Very friendly staff. English was ok so that helped our poor Japanese. I'd stay again.

Tha staff are very polite and prompt, and speak good English. The location is superb - linked directly to the underground mall and then to the JR Osaka station . There are many eating places and Tower records in the basement of the hotel. Though the room was small , I only used it for sleeping so that wasn't so bad.
