Very excellent location and convenient to all shopping and food outlets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Best part, we were provided with complimentary umbrellas during the wet season we visited.

Also as you are nearby quite a number of station restaurants with all kind( sorts) of food nearby availeble . Shopping facilities also nearby . so a very good hotel with nice and friendly staff only the rooms must be a little bit bigger

So many restaurants to choose from. Clean modern hotel. Very friendly staff. English was ok so that helped our poor Japanese. I'd stay again.

Tha staff are very polite and prompt, and speak good English. The location is superb - linked directly to the underground mall and then to the JR Osaka station . There are many eating places and Tower records in the basement of the hotel. Though the room was small , I only used it for sleeping so that wasn't so bad.

small hotel rooms let me emphasise this SMALL HOTEL ROOMS and we learnt that a semi-double means that you can only get in on one side of the bed. but apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

We found the rooms to be very small and stuffy. The climate control was supposedly operating normally, but the room was still too hot. Most of the staff were lacking in their English ability so it was difficult to convey information. Luckily, my wife was able to speak fluent Japanese! I would rate this as a 3 star hotel instead of 4! On the upside, it is close to transportation and the shopping precinct.

The staff are very friendly, and although their command of English is limited, they understood all our requests and were able to help every time. The buffet breakfast is very good with a mixture of western style food and traditional Japanese. The hotel is located right near Osaka station which is great if you are hauling luggage around with you. And right near the station are many attractions for the traveller in luding heaps of shops, a ferris wheel on top of a building and the Floating Garden Observatory (a bit of a walk). The room was small, but very well laid out.

Highly recommended. A little bit larger than Hotels of this class in Japan. 5 to 10 min walking from the Osaka train station. You can reach the Hotel, from Osaka Train Station above ground or below ground, through the underground mall. Go above ground the first time or you will get lost. Has a refrigerator in the room, which is not mentioned in Hotel Club site.

I only stayed there the night before my departure so it was the convenience of the location. Very comfortable bed even though I only had 4 hours sleep because of early departure.

I liked the hotel. It was hard to find at first due to its being behind another hotel but, once I did, I couldn''t miss it. It''s in a good location--close to both the train station and to the Post Office (where you get the best rate when exchanging dollars for yen). Staff was nice. Hotel is round, so it is easy to spot once you find it. Room was small for American standards, but clean and comfy. I would definitely stay again. They gave me a free breakfast, which was both Western and Japanese foods.

Very nice hotel, location is easy to find because of the tower which is visible from the train station. Short distance from all the major stores, plenty of restaurants nearby. The buffet in the hotel is great.
