Good hotel; bad rooms; under construction- A/c too small for rooms- good internet facility although- wifi and strong signal-

The Hotel is above a disco and next to a 24hr busy street!!! For light sleepers even earplugs might not help. There are no double glazed windows. The buffet breakfast lacks much creativity. This is a compromise for cost & Location vs the drawbacks. You be the judge.

Dainam is a no frill - but excellent hotel for location, prices and courteuos service.

The staff did not speak and understand necessary english. The room needed to be cleaned.

Walking distance to the shopping area including the upscale shopping area, but it involves crossing several intersections and streets and you know exactly how tough that is in HCM with hundreds of motorcylces weaving their way through the streets from all directions!
