very comfortable and nestled near a bay and on the quiet street just 3mins walk away from the centre of surfers- owners were great w. communicating via email and were fast to act on other requests too. we would def stay there again- its a great value!

really has had its day it think it needs a total refit room was spacious but old and tattered, stayed 2 nights there was no fresh towls or sheets for the second night the house keeping was a joke really. Not even a complimentary tea or coffee , should have read the review on the net seriously and stayed away.

the location is very convenient. Very close to surfers paradise and shopping centres and it's 5 minutes to the bus stop that goes directly to those theme parks.
