"The reception staff were all so lovely and helpful, it was a pleasure dealing with them. We booked a studio room and were upgraded to a lovely large room. The room was clean and the location is unbeatable. We will 100% stay at the Curzon Plaza when we are next in London."

"The furniture in the large one bedroom apartment was sparse and cheap, hardly comfortable. The self catering aspect amounted to a microwave, no possibility to cook anything, in the kitchen cupboard. The daily servicing of the room did not include washing any plates or cups. Unlike most hotels in the area, there was no live sport available on the TV. On the positive side, the location in Mayfair is ideal and the free Wi-fi internet is useful. "
