Crystal Hotel Ho Chi Minh City Guest Reviews
Good value and location. The hotel is older; but it's clean, and the rooms are larger than what you would get in a newer hotel even at a much higher price. We had a room with windows on two sides--giving a sense of the local area. The service was the friendliest we've ever had in five years of visiting HCMC. The staff is very small, with the owner of the hotel and the doorman helping to serve breakfast. The benefit is that they will know you, and you can feel that your valuables, etc. are safe when you're away. When we asked about a different kind of bread, they offered to get it for the next day's breakfast.

it's really a Nightmare living there!! the lift is very very dangerous. I had been trapped in it for half an hour ! without any apologize, the old guy scold me rudely. He said it's all my fault making their lift out of work! I don't know how come this hotel can get the award from [this website]! I'm still very angry. i won't book any hotel from your [website] any more.

Good value for money at central HCMC. Walking distance to BT night market. Staff are friendly.

The hotel operators are friendly folks. They recommended good local cheap eating spots and shopping areas when we were there. Hotel location also commendable. Keep it up!

good location but facilities quite avaerage, rooftop restuarant was poor, bedroom with a window ended up having a window next to the staircase, but the staff were very friendly. probably a lot better equipped rooms in Saigon for the same price
