Our room had in front of our entrance 12 AC units, what made a lot of noise. Cleaning the room was only every other day. Telephone was not working, Wifi very poor. We booked Crystal Cove, but were sent to Sapphire Beach Hotel and Marina. There was no breakfast, no restaurant, no bar, nothing.

This facility had a major issue with cleanliness. It was very out dated which wouldn't have been a problem if the place was kept up nicely. There was mold on the shower curtain, the faucets and fixtures were rusted, there was dust and sand on the floors and under the rugs, the kitchen counter had bugs and a lizard crawling around. There were missing tiles on the bathroom walls and pieces of missing wall base. We stayed for two nights and couldn't take it anymore so we left and went to stay at the Ritz Carlton. It was more expensive but well worth it. It's a shame because the beach this property sits on is beautiful. Sea turtles, fish and more... an all around great snorkeling location. Just don't plan on spending anytime in the room.
