The hotel is in a beautiful location. Everything was 1st class. It couldn't get any better! We had a wonderful stay.

I find the Hotel to be overpriced for what is offered. The Hotel is completely outdated, smells musty/mildewy in the hallways, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The A/C unit doesn't work well in the hotel room. The restaurants onsite are not enjoyable. To rent an umbrella and two chairs at the beach for a day was expensive. There is no spa onsite, so I am unsure as to why this hotel is called a resort and spa.

The location was fine for the resort. Right near the beach. The staff was polite and friendly. The parking was fine, valet available. The lobby was nice. The resort offered internet access, and a fitness center, an indoor pool, outdoor pool, towels at the pool, and several spots to eat and drink. My biggest complaint was the room. It was spacious, but very old and outdated, and frankly not the cleanest I've seen by far.

This hotel is in need of major renovation. We travel frequently and all over the world and this hotel is waaaaaay overpriced for the quality. Our room was dirty the beds were so bad we slept on and between beach towels. There were stains on the curtains that appeared to be blood there were dried bugers on the side of the night stand. The grounds are nice and well kept and there are some lovely bike trails for the family. I would not ever go back here and would recommend you save your money and stay somewhere else.
