The location is excellent and the staff very nice. Personally, I feel that the hotel could do with an overall makeover as it is starting to look a bit old. Our room was average size but the awkward position of the bed made it difficult to walk around to the other side of the bed. The air-con in our room on the first night was not working properly, or maybe it was turned down slow, and so the 2nd night was much better after we asked for the temperature to be lowered to make the room a bit cooler. Was a bit disappointed that there was no free WIFI in the lobby area, as most similar established/ 4 to 5-star hotels do offer this free facility without having to spend money in the dining area. Overall, I am happy with our 2-night stay in this hotel.

one shortcomings: the hall is a bit dark. if you wang cheap green taxi ,you'd better go down to the road.

OUR TWO DAYS STAY AT CROWN PLAZE WERE ENJOYABLE. STAFFS ARE FREINDLY AND HELPFUL. ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND BRIGHT. LOCATION IS GOOD BUT COULD BE IMPROVED IF THERE IS A SHELTERED CONNECTION FROM THE HOTEL TO THE BRIDGE WHICH LINK TO THE PAVILLION MALL AND KLCC.

Not good compared to other hotels in the area. Room service was not good. Smaller room and old TV.

No fuss, very speedy checkin. We went a bit early to checkin, about 2+ hours earlier, but managed to get a room very quickly. The staff at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Of course, the location of the hotel speaks for itself. Highly recommended! Have a sweet day!
