It was nice, good location, the front desk said they would get us a cot for the room but it never arrived.

Everything were perfect except the last two nights we stayed, the toilet flush was flowing endlessly. We didn't bother to tell the hotel thinking that the chambermaid will call the maintenance and get it fix but they did not. Was no big deal as we were not in the room all the time. But it does bother us abit at night when we slept as we can hear the water running in the toilet.

We had a corner room on the 42 floor overlooking the Hudson River. It was an absolutely gorgeous view. Crowne Plaza was located in the perfect area to everything we wanted to see and do. There were plenty of good places to eat all around this hotel. I would definately stay here again.
