A very pleasent experience staying in this hotel. Staffs are attentive and friendly and the check in/out was a breeze. The room is huge and comforting although breakfast spread at club floor is somewhat lacking.

Good hotel if you need access to the city central. Very big room for the studio. Will stay here again if I need to stay in shenzhen

I stay in many hotels throughout China this is THE TOP hotel Our deluxe room was huge the place was very clean the bed comfortable (unusual in China) the furnishings exotic the bathroom very clean good food location close to good shopping beautiful spa indoor outdoor pool clean we will definitely stay again and i am very finicky five stars

The Newly Renovated Room is very spacious compare to other 5 star hotel in town, a bit pricy but worthed if you would like to have a good night sleep. Definately will comeback to stay in this Hotel!
