The hotel was nice & clean. It is very close to the Falls & entertainment. The bathroom being small & no air conditioning is the only things I disliked. The bathroom was very small & only had one person shower.

we have stayed at the crown plaza a few times now and found it comfortable, a very pleasant place to stay. the service was outstanding. Love lounging in the big old comfortable chairs in lobby that surrounds you in an old world feel while watching the world go by.

The Hotel is in a great loaction, clean rooms although they are small. We upgraded to a Fallsview room for $50 I don't know if it was worth but we were only there one night I heard the Fallsview restaurant on the 10th. floor has great food and the view is nice but it was too busy for us and we had a 10 and 12 year old so we went to The Rain forest cafe which the kids loved and we could walk.

The room wasn't the room we reserved! The second room they gave us was worst than the first! The bathroom water was dirty and the room itself was dirty but the hotel was nice.

Something they dont tell you is, you have to pay for parking and Breakfast is Expensive. Also, our bathroom sink kept on clogging up, we had to call up for an iron since, our other one wasnt working. Overall an Average hotel.
