The young lady Le, at the registration desk was polite, curtious, and a pleasure after our encounter w/rental car agent. Room was clean, nice decor. Housekeeping was a bit loud outside of door in the am. Loved the proximity to downtown New Orleans. (10 mins) by car. Restaurants (good food) near by.

weve stayed at this hotel for the past 2 years for mardi gras and have always loved it. the beds are amazing and the breakfast is to die for!!! BUUUT...this past year we had our 6 month old with us, when we booked the room [...] we requested a crib. no problem. when we touched down in new orleans we called the hotel to make sure there was a crib. they said yes. we get there, get up to our room, no crib, so we leave for dinner and tell them to please have the crib. we get back, no crib STILL. by this point im livid. they finally bring the crib after my husband gets very angry at the front desk. wake up the next morning and there are NO towels!!!! ugh stinks because we really liked the hotel.
