Good hotel location near Dubai Metro,so can easy going anywhere

We had a bad experience at check in. We checked in at 3pm (hotel policy 2pm) and were told that our room was not ready due to late checkout from previous guest. The time delay and inefficiency from check in staff was excrutiating. Our 2 year old was "over it". They wanted to buy us a coffee while we waited! After further "discussion" they did upgrade us and we finally got a room. Rest of stay was fine. We like the location and write this off as one of those experiences. We would stay there again

The hotel is very good with various positive facilities which is also calm & quiet, also has various ways to access in is another plus. But the only fault with counter staff, esp check in/out receptionist. (as if they are not paid for couple of months, that smile is always missing). Other than that Overall the hotel is good & sure a return will be always guaranteed.
