Rooms are beautiful, staff are very friendly. Food in bar is lovely. I attended a conference there but the food and service wasn't great at the conference, I assume this is a different department. The conference room was freezing even though we asked for the air conditioning to be turned off I don't think it was. I wouldn't let this stop me staying here again, I definately would come back to this hotel, I just wouldn't have another conference there.
