Crowne Plaza Hotel Brussels
5 out of 5

Very good location, kind staff, large, fully refurbished rooms with style. I have tried many hotels in the area but now this is the winner.

Staff was very good and the rooms were nice. Close parking, close to transportation and to the old city attractions.

Pleasant atmosphere and good location. Rooms spaceous but you never get to understand which part was renovated. Bathroom has a 50's feeling. Free internet a plus.

Very nice hotel.Stuff is very helpfull. Fully decorated by paintings/posters of Klimt. About 5-7 minutes to go Grand Place, 2 minutes by walk to shopping street. Only a matter is that i had to recharge my electronic room key every evening, it was not possible to open the roomwithout it. The breakfast: a lot of cheese, sausages, eggs, fresh juices, cereals with milk and yogurts. Not too much for vegetarians)). But I like this hotel in total very much. It has it's own moods.

However you can experience this is a business hotel, staff was helpfull where needed. Reccomandation : if you can book with breakfast included, please do it, because seperate pay costs you a lot extra/person.

The lighting in the rooms and corridors was dull. I felt that the service was very impersonnal for a 4* hotel. In fact it felt like no one knew you were there!. When I checked in they told me nothing of any service or facilities, not even where the breakfast was!. I found 5 euro for a pack of smarties in the mini bar a total rip off (didnt buy mind you!). When I checked out they were really suprised I had taken no breakfast, not suprising to me at 19 euro per person!

The buffet breakfast was very good, but a little expensive at 26 Euros.

The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating, beginning with allowing an early check in at 10:30 am. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, as well as spacious. The housekeeping staff does a good job and that includes crisp, clean sheets. The location is excellent because of the Metro stop directly behind the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of items, including fresh breads and pastry. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was ideally located for anyone wanting the convienence of walking into the Grand Place and other sights but being opposite the Botanical Gardens made you feel like you were not in the city. The hotel was lovely, with all the facilities you would ever need, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The product received for the price was exceptional value. I recommend the Crowne Plaza HOtel Brussels to anyone.
