I have stayed in this hotel for many times. Not because I like it, just because my other colleague like to location. However, I don't think the money paid on this hotel is worth. The room wasn't tidy everyday. Staff forgot to arrange the car which we book at hotel to airport. Luckily, we didn't miss the flight. However, we already paid the money to the hotel and the taxi. The hotel promise to refund our money later. Anyway, I will choice other hotel next time in Beijing.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza at Wangfujing and its was overall pretty ordinary. The hotel was very tired, the carpet old and the roof leaking at various spots with towels on the ground. Each night someone (purportedly from housekeeping) would knock on my door, enter the room without me responding, and then ask if I needed anything. This occurred after 11:00pm each night when I was asleep. My fridge did not work and the airconditioner banged and pumped all night, like a truck trying to change gears. The hotel is near all the major shops but a long walk from the subway and the Forbidden City. Overall I would recommend that you try somewhere else in future.

The hotel is a very convenient starting point for many parts of Beijing. There is not much choice of restaurants within it and I did not eat outside in the short time I had, but the food was good.
