This hotel was fine for a one night stay. The room amenities were as expected, the beds were comfortable, lighting, temperature, cleanliness, etc. were all fine. There was this wraparound balcony where guests from other rooms could walk right by your room if the drapes were open. At first I liked it, then I realized it limited our privacy if we wanted the drapes open. AND it would have allowed too much noise in if we had noisy neighbors. I was also disappointed that we didn't have free internet access in the room. Free access was only available in the lobby - you have to pay for use in the room. Probably a new trend -but disappointing for a hotel of this supposed four-star caliber. I was also disappointed with the television set in the room. I expected this hotel to have flat screen TVs throughout. The one they had was an ordinary old 27" inner tube TV. Overall, just average to me, not four-star.

The heat was not working in my room which had to be fixed, a cock roach crawled into my room,and there were carved scratches in the elevator. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only plus is the fitness center
