I am a Platinum Ambassador and Platinum Member forever. This is my first time in Antwerp and I am here on Vacation with my wife. The staff at this hotel is one of the best I have seen in all my years of travel. I booked this hotel on reward points for a week and I have been here for 3 days already. Stephanie and Emile are wonderful to talk with and I have been accommandated to the Max.I have a good friend who lives here and I will stay here again. Thanks, Capt. Don

I upgraded my room to a business room. But it was not worth the extra money (+€ 30,-). Only new furniture and free parking were the benefits. Next time I will take a regular room again.

An excellent hotel right in the heart of Anterwerp, next to the Meir (main shopping street) and the Grot Markt. Good parking facilities nearby and relatively easy to find from the Antwerp ring road. With the price discount, the room and facilities were excellent and I would certainly recommend this hotel especially with the level of service and helpfulness from the staff. Well worth it!!
