Had both my daughters for Thanksgiving and we stayed at the Crowne. Service was great, excellent atomosphere, close to all the historical attractions, pool was perfect to keep them occupied. Room service was an exceptional value and very reasonably priced. Will def be back.

We booked this hotel after the freak snowstorm wiped out our power. In the past, this was a wonderful hotel. We had bedbug bites (on the15th floor) and brought a live bedbug to the manager (after waiting 2 hours in the lobby to speak with him) who minimized the situation. I guess that they were used to bedbug complaints. The front desk staff also had snotty attitudes. I never expected this from supposedly an elegant hotel.

I had a single king-sized bed in clean, quiet, and large non-smoking room. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and even allowed me to check in 2.5 hours before the normal time. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very brief stay and didn't really spend much time in the room, however, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel room was nice but was not clean there was a used tissue near the bed. There was also a piece of glass inside the comforter, hotel security was called however there was no accomodations made for our inconvenience.
