Crown Regency Hotel & Towers Cebu City Guest Reviews
The service at this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. We had to ask many times for things to be done, long waits for service, and things regularly forgotten to be done. The reception staff at one point were on facebook, with customers waiting... Unbelievable. I spoke to a duty manager who told me everything would be resolved, to have the same problems with housekeeping later that day. Also, the hotel has a terrible smell in the lobby, hallways & lifts. It smells like garbage or stagnant water - it is very bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in the city center and very shopping mall and restaurants. Transport is very convenient as it is along major road.

when we checked in, the bathtowels was dirty, no mini bar, no toothbrush, no shaving kit, no lotion, no centralized switches for lamp or tv max 3 star hotel, price definitely to high. ather hotels in cebu in this price category like marco polo or marriott are much better service and room facilities. we stay two nights but we will not come again.

The hotel has a lot of facilities which you can enjoy during your stay. The food is good. The buffet offers wide array of choices.
