plane got in late, went no open office about 1135 callled the number on the door and woman said sorry there is nothing she can do, but i have reservation so in middle of nite i had to find another one. called you guys and u tried to resolve the issue thier manager, she said that couldnt possibly happen. yadda yadda yadda. you guys said you would give me a 50 certificate, thank god i wasnt traveling with my grandaughter.
