Crossland Denver Airport Aurora Guest Reviews
The furnature in the rooms look to be about 20 years old. Bed was actually lopsided and tv was very old and had a lot of interference. The room was OK in terms of cleanliness.

I needed a bed for the night....and that what I got. The night manager was wonderful, even with me checking in at 11:30pm. I got a bed with clean sheets...5 hrs sleep and out the door again. No complaints.

We were just there for a quick overnight. We got a smoking room when we asked for non-smoking. Rooms are small, but sufficient. There were 2 little critters we saw and killed before going to bed. But the price was right ;-)

It took another trip to the office to check in because I was early. Staff was friendly and courteous, and seemed to genuinely care about customers. Also, I felt a "Good Value" for the price. I have stayed in "Crossland" hotels before and would do so again! I really like the convenience of a kitchen area.

On my travel confirmation letter that I recieved [...] I did not have a valid Confirmation number so I was going to be charged again by the hotel for a room or I would not have a room and they told me that was all they could do for me. [...] they gave me the proper confirmation number so I called the hotel again and was able to get my room. They were not polite at all. I was at the airport and could not hear very well so I may have been talking loud because I could not hear well and I was told to quit yelling and I was not attempting to yell. The girls both had an unpleasent attitude towards me on the telephone. When I got to the hotel they were nicer to me but I was treated in a very unprofessional manor on the telephone. When I got to my room the Bed spread had several small tears in it and did not look clean so I folded it back and only used the sheets which looked clean but there was a dead fly in the bed. There was at least a half dozen live flys in the room mostly staying in the bathroom area. There was several small wet spots on the carpet and it was filthy, I believe the carpet is for the most part the reason that the room had a bad smell. I talked to several other people that I spent time with the 2 days I was in Aurora for a funeral and none of them had ever had any bad experiences with hotels that they had booked along with their flights so that encouraged me because I had decided that I would never book a hotel along with my flight again. I think I just ran into a lemon. I will say that the convenience of having a small frig in the room was very nice. I would not stay there again when going to Aurora as I fell that it needs some help. People don't want to walk on nasty carpet with their bare feet and torn bed spreads are not acceptable nither are several flys hanging out in the bathroom. I wish I could have been more positive but I am just telling the truth and hope that maybe this won't happen to anyone else or to myself again. Thank you for asking for our views.Sincerly, Linda Rogers
