Guests of Criterion Hotel Perth can enjoy a variety of recreational activities such as rowing, surfing, boating, skiing, parachuting, paragliding, golfing and horseback riding at their leisure. NOTE: Criterion Hotel will be upgrading the lift from 1st December 2011 to approximately the 31st January 2012. During this time, the hotel lift will be rendered not operational. Rooms on higher floors will be accessible via the main lobby's staircase. There are construction works along Murray Street. The hotel's car park is rendered inoperational and would not be available for guests.

Criterion Hotel Perth Guest Reviews
It was mid-summer and so easy join the throngs of holiday shoppers and experience the downtown vibe of Perth. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful even carrying bags of guests upstairs while the lift is being renovated. All that the room lacks is an "easy" chair in which one can comfortably sit and watch TV. Everything else was great.

The hotel has only one lift, and it was out-of-service as it was undergoing major overhaul. Staff indicated that the repairs would take about 2 months to complete. This shortcoming was not brought to my attention during booking. WiFi @ room gets cut frequently. Fortunately they have terminals at lobby. Otherwise, a good choice of hotel.

Well overdue for a revamp. Two star at most, would be better to stay at a backpackers hostel. Reflects poorly on hotelclub to have this on their site

Could not even stay here checked in, walked into room, was to scared to even sit on bed, room wasn't even what I had booked, it stank and didn't feel secure there. Checked out and at the time was guaranteed a refund. Now neither the hotel or this website will give me a refund. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL OR THROUGH THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

Best not to stay on the fourth floor because the exhaust fan machinery on the roof is very noisy. Suggest you stay on 2nd or 3th floors. Otherwise I think it is a well located hotel of medium quality and reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again.
