Cristal Hotel Clermont Ferrand Guest Reviews
Visit to this Hotel in July 2006. Hotel is located in a new commercial zone, i.e. outside of downtown but has a few restaurants around. Room was quiet and clean but too small in 4 persons configuration (in fact, almost no rrom around the beds). The (small) indoor swimming pool was very much appreciated by the kids (and the other guests). However, the changing room/showers are still missing. Finaly, the breakfast buffet was way below average: - the choice was very limited - the quality was average - some platters were empty and the poor lady in charge of the whole service could not follow to replace them with new ones. Conclusion I chose this hotel for the swimming pool and this was much appreciated by the kids after a long day of travel. However, the ratio quality/price is not worth it and if I were to go back to Clermont, I would probably try another hotel.
