Crest Inn Hotel New Delhi Guest Reviews
Very central to great shopping. All rooms were being painted. Dining area left a bit to be desired. Staff are very helpful.

If you stay at Crest Inn when you first arrive in India you may think it is very basic. However, it is much better than the two other higher-priced Delhi hotels in which we stayed in the same area. The staff are helpful and Karol Bagh is an area you either love or hate. We liked it because of the proximity to the Metro and the market. Prepaid taxi is 190 Rs from the domestic airport.

Theooms are very noisy right into the night and from 5:30 in the morning. No sleep without earplugs,.

This hotel is located in an area where a number of similar hotel are located. It's exterior is very unapealling, looking nothing like the internet picture. The desk personel refused to grant the airport pick up, the deluxe room as promised, failed to call the airport as requested (flight delayed five hours), arranged airport transportation which was late and not up to the standard promised and generally disinterested in anything but payment. The interior was generally clean, rooms were cold (no heating system), matresses thin and hard, hot water was not always available when required. After two weeks in India we would rate this hotel no better than a ONE star. Barry Crawford
