we had a nice welcome, the room was clean and spacious. The staff were lovely during the meal and the meal was excellent. Excellent bacon the next morning very good value

VERY helpful staff, and a pleasant place to stay. Close to the centre of Dundee, I would have no qualms about staying here again.
