Plusieurs inconvénients : + Signal WiFi très faible et déconnexions intempestives + Tuyau douche fuit + Isolation phonique plutôt mauvaise ... mais de très bons points : + Bâtiment typique parisien, avec joli escalier + En cours de rénovation + Très bien placé
