This hotel was accommodating in every aspect, I booked [...] for a Sun night, at last minute changed my mind & wanted to come in on Sat night LATE[...], they said "come on down!!" This hotel was great, from the pool, to the dining, to the rooms, I booked 2 rooms, they put us side by side, didnt have to ask, the staff was amazing (all smiles the whole time), not irritated by the kid noise, they gave the kids free otto pops at the pool, they gave us extra keys. Very friendly, definately coming back to this hotel. A hotel Manager who goes out of his way to accommadate you goes a long way!!

Great location a few minutes walk from the beach. Get a room behind the pool , above the gym as it's quieter & not on Kuhio St. Don't bother with the on site restaurant as there are many more places better to try. Free internet is great & staff are very helpful. Would use agAIN.

This hotel is well priced and well placed in Waikiki. Guests have free access to inroom wi-fi as well as two computers on the ground floor. There is also a "chill room" with massage chairs and a huge screen that can be used by guests for free. The pool area is very nice and the hotel is right on the main public bus routes. There is a great cocktail bar and restaurant in the complex as well as a coffee shop. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again on future visits.

Brilliant Hotel!! In great area near public bus and a short walk to Waikiki beach! Only problem is that on the lowest room rate there are only 5 rooms in the whole hotel with Queen beds....even if you book a room with queen bed you may get a room with two single beds. We arrived (on valentines day) to be told only a room with 2 single beds available..at first we were upset but our room had a WONDERFUL view of the beach so we were happy.

Excellent, excellent hotel. I'm glad I stayed here. Parking was a bit pricey though.
