Courtyard San Antonio Downtown Market Square Guest Reviews
Was supposed to be a King Suite, turned out to be a queen room. Refrigerator didtn't work; told them about it first night - never got fixed. Manager rude; told me "don't use Orbitz." No other explanation. Location wasn't terrible, but still ended up driving over to River Walk area. Won't go back, would recommend spending a little extra to stay on River.

The staff gave away our breakfast to a family that was sitting in the dining room. They didn't know how to resolve the issue so we just ate out. We came back to our room at 2:30 and room had not been made so we took a nap anyway. At 4:33 pm they woke us up to clean the room. Since we had no place to go at that time, I told them to just leave towels. Check in and check out were painless.
