Planned a family reunion in New Orleans. This hotel is very nice and has many paid amenities. The only free things in the hotel were coffee and parking. The free coffee was hidden and only available at certain hours. Starbucks in the Bistro was available at most hours at Starbucks prices. I looked but saw no shuttle to either to the airport or downtown, leaving us with an expensive cab ride. We were at least 5 miles to either one. The hotel and it's employees were very nice and thoroughly helpful.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was at the midpoint between the airport and downtown New Orleans. We rented a car and we were able to get around quite easily.
