I booked this hotel because of it's location near my relatives. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

it was horrible experience . first thing was room was not like how it was describe [...] so we ask for upgrade and we can pay difference but receptiontist said she cant do that and there was no manager untill monday and we were there on saturday so nobody can help . so i ended up buy another room and pay double money and stayed there with family and in morning when ,my parents went for breakfast they said in your room it does not cover so they charge my parents for coffee and then i went down stair and complint about everything then they give us breakfast free. it was really bad experince [...]. so everybody just care about their money . so i should [...] never stay in that hotel. please avoid this hotel rather pay more somewhere else
