Courtyard Chicago Downtown River North Guest Reviews
Great location for Mag Mile & Chicago Theater. Don't book wtih free breakfast, not worth the wait! Check in staff friendly & welcoming. Comfortable rooms. Skip the dining - staff can't handle hotel crowds.

Hotel was very close to Michigan Avenue, very nice, very very clean, and the staff very friendly.

The hotel was great! Clean, comfortable. Staff very helpful and welcoming. My only gripe was the "Family Escape" promotion. Kids eat free with a paid adult. The kids menu was extremely limited and disappointing. Breakfast was better then lunch and dinner, but still diappointing. This promotion is why I choose this room over several others, I will be more cautious in the future.
