Very polite and helpful staff. Though for the check in we waited quite long. Should be quicker and more desks for check in during rush hours.

Rooms - big and clean. I stayed at a Double Double Room. Should be able to accomodate 4 medium sized adults (i.e less than 75kg and less than 1.75m) Bed is comfortable but pillow is not so. Well located - can walk down Yonge Street to Dundas Square. Just 2 mins from the subway. Wash basin is separated from bath and toilet bowl. That saves time if more than one person is in the room.(one can wash up while the other is in the shower) There is no minibar which saves you the trouble of arguing for any items lost. However, that means I have to get ice from the corridor for the ice bucket to keep my milk from spoiling. Not a big issue though. Internet is free and fast. Free printing at the lobby (generous) and newspapers available for collection at lobby everyday. Overall happy with my stay. Parking is expensive at CAD25 and CAD 30 for self parking and valet. (i am more used to free parking for the hotels that I stay in but i do understand in major N.America hotels, a fee is payable)
