The hotel is very comfortable and clean. There is a regular free shuttle to/from the airport, and a shuttle to Dolphin Mall for only $10 return. Wifi internet is free and there is reasonably priced food available in the hotel. All this for considerably less that $200/night. So all my needs were met. Very happy!

for a quick business trip it was close to the airport. this was helpful. Gated property is very comforting only gripe is that the TV receptions in the room is very poor , wonder if this was so you would order a pay movie - ?

This hotel had fantastic service. The phone lines didn't work and the TV was having issues but they sent someone up within minutes to handle the issue and everyone was more than polite with any request for cab calls or any service we needed. Besides that though, our issue was with Cheap Tickets. We booked a flight months ago with them and apparently American Airlines changed the return flight time by one hour which made it "impossible" for us to make our connection flight. Though American Airlines showed us documentation that they made the change over a month in advance, Cheap Tickets only notified us two days before we were leaving the country for this trip, which left us having to get this hotel booked and spend money we should not have had to spend. After over two hours back and forth with them and American Airlines since we were being forced to miss additional work, hence another vacation day, book a hotel and change our connection flight, Cheap Tickets consented to reimbursing us $50 of our stay at the Marriott. We still spent just under $130 for the remainder and not to mention money for cab services, missed work/vacation time and they made us go through so much back and forth for not even an appropriate solution. All in all, if we had never used Cheap Tickets for their supposed "discounts", we would have saved money. And the ironic part of all of it was, Cheap Tickets was wrong when they said it'd be "impossible" for us to make the connection flight because we landed and went through customs with more than enough time to make the connection flight but when I called to see if they would let us cancel the hotel reservation without any charge since we ended up actually being able to make the original flight, they told me they'd connect me with the correct department and then hung up on me. Overall, I think it'd be much better for hotels of this caliber not to work with a company like Cheap Tickets who lacks the customer service that these hotels can pride themselves on.

Es una habitacion perfectamente decorada (bien grande). Cama maravillosamente comoda. Almohadas soft y firm. Desayuno perfecto ! Solo deben incluir el costo del parqueo en el paquete. De hecho, fue sorpresa para mi, pues en ningun momento me dijeron que habia que pagarlo aparte...

Every staff member was nice. The Rooms are very clean. The only things i dislike about it was the location bc the airport was really close and the room would vibrate when the plane landed.
