Hotel was great, perfect location, will definitely go back there when in LA

The hotel is located 5 min from airport. Parking is free, room is comfortable and reasonable sized. Within walking distance there are various eating places and shops. I don't like is the receptionist also double as shuttle driver and sometime you could not locate anyone of them. Also hard to contact the house keeping. I left my jacket in the room and spend me 2 days to get it located despite repeated calls and best of all is I am still unable to talk to the house keeping.

Close to the airport. Limited menu but great quality food. Nice amenities area for late arrivals who need a warm (or cold) snack.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean staff was okay. I liked the fact they had a balcony, made the room light up real pretty in the early morning hours. Negative not enough mirror space.

was only there for a fri & sat but the hotel airport shuttle was prompt, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful.....will definitely return!
