The bed needs replacing in room 435. I asked a female staff member to look up a telephone number for me, and she had trouble understanding my Canadian accent, so either couldn't find the number or didn't bother to try. In any case, she should have called me to say she couldn't find it.

Excellent in every way. Close to the airport, helpful staff. Would always stay there again.

Hotel room/ bathroom comfortable, clean and modern

Only problem is that it is difficult to find. The signs in south terminal to the Marriott vanish after a while. In fact, it's a short walk from south terminal but you can't see the sign until you get there. So best thing to do is wait for the hotel bus - on the hour and every 20 minutes.
