THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY NICE FROM VALET TO FRONT DESK. ROOMS A LITTLE SMALL BUT VERY CLEAN. I LOVED THE BALCONY, WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE GREAT PICTURES! I WOULD DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

Hotel was clean , well located and the staff frendly, Missing was the general hotel information in the room which is useful instead of having to constantly ask the staff questions.

We spent all of our time on the River Walk except while sleeping in the most comfortable bed. Haven't slept that late in years! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. We plan on returning soon.
