The hotel is very nice, the room was beautiful and the staff at the front desk was extraordinary. The staff in the restaurant, not so much. The hostess was gracious and wonderful, the young lady that bussed the tables was very efficient and polite. The waitress was terrible. She left myself and another guest sitting around waiting on her to get ready to take care of us because she was busy showing off whatever was so wonderful on her cellphone. He and I compared notes to assure ourselves that we had actually sat down and were waiting to be helped. I motioned to the young lady that bussed the tables, she came immediately and I asked for the waitress. I received an irritated glance from the waitress and the young lady that bussed the tables was delegated to see what I wanted; the waitress never returned and I did not leave a tip. I did notice that a gentleman in a very nice suit arrived and everyone jumped to attention and began to immediately appreciate their job security. Overall, I will return to the hotel in the future but I think I'll have breakfast elsewhere.

Excellent Hotel location just 2 minutes walk from Boston Common and in the heart of the Theatre and Chinatown districts.

This is my second time staying in this hotel and have found it to be very good quality and very well priced. It is in close proximity to everything.

A very clean and modern hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was decorated to an exceptionally high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which helped when visiting Boston for the first time. Highly recommended.
