the hotel was nice but the beds were not very comfortable the sheets were not high quality they did not offer shuttle service to their crystal city marriot which i found to be strange considering they are under the same company. i expected a higher class considereing i was at a 3.8 star hotel The Sheraton and Westin were nicer

The hotel is nice and clean. The room is a bit on the small side but was a perfect size for myself.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The quality of the room was excellent. The amenities were also what should be the norm at every hotel. It was centrally located so even with the cost-effective parking garage we were able to walk to many nearby attractions. Our family stay here was very well spent and we plan to stay again. I highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel staff was great. They took care of our every wish and need. They even went above and beyond to help with minor issues we reported. We were able to see the fire works from our hotel room. The shuttle service was also invaluable to us to get around to the Metro.
