Court Inn Suites Avignon Guest Reviews
The hotel was good but due to road works a little hard to find. The room was small but functional. The staff were great and could handle our very bad french with a smile. Rooms did lack facilities such as glasses and kettle but these were provided without trouble. It was a little way out of the old city but it did provided good parking which is at a premium in the old city.

Hotel is in the middle of a redevelopment area. Grounds are overgrown and unkempt. Wakened early in the morning by construction noise. Ants in the room. Staff disappear in the evening leaving you a telephone number for emergencies. Telephoned this number in the morning when checking out because I could not find any staff (8.30am) but got answer machine. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel was supposed to have AC but it wasn't ready at the time we arrived. Although the weather wasn't too hot but there were mosquitoes if you opened the window. Otherwise the condition was OK for a 2 stars hotel.

Not a bad "Avignon home base" at all. One warning: It's in the industrial warehouse section of town, which means loud traffic on the highway and huge trucks early in the morning. Not for those who have trouble sleeping.
