My second overnight stay at this hotel. It remains a clean establishment. I did not use the facilities. The included breakfast was sufficient, but service was very slow at first. I would stay here again - for a short time.

The hotel was very "tired" and in need of considerable maintenance - the bathroom hand basin was cracked, the toilet roll holder broken, the bathroom fittings rusted and pitted and the bed was uncomfortable. Fortunately we were only there for one night. We were later told that the block encompassing the hotel was earmarked for redevelopment which would perhaps contribute to the lack of adequate maintenance.
