Country Inn & Suites New Orleans French Quarter Guest Reviews
From check-in to check-out everything went smooth. The staff was especially friendly, fun and responsive. An effort was made to have different breakfast specials everyday. I would try to move the smokers out back, someplace more convenient for smokers and away from the front doors. Pretty easy walk to most French Quarter establishments.

The staff was very welcoming and did not hesitate to address my questions and provide directions, both to Bourbon Street and the Cathedral of St. Louis. The Concierge was eager to delve into pertinent New Orleans history. I liked the fact that they offered homemade cookies at the Desk to make you feel more at home. My only concern: running out early on breakfast essentials like scrambled eggs and oatmeal. The demand was high but there was simply not enough pre-planning to accommodate the later guests.

The lofty high-ceilings in this hotel are absolutely beautiful. We had a room facing the street with a window that must have been almost 20 feet high. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool in cute courtyard and the included breakfast was good.

We found this hotel through a travel site and really loved it! It is the perfect distance from the French Quarter as well as other nearby districts. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was priced about $50/night less than other hotels nearby that weren't nearly as inviting. I especially appreciated that it had some of the nice features that go along with a chain hotel but there was significant character in the hotel and some historic pieces were even saved during renovation that were on display. This will be our go-to hotel for other NOLA stays!

Close to the French Quarter, central business district, riverwalk, etc. We were able to walk to everywhere. The staff were very helpful, gracious, and caring. Breakfasts were delicious and more than adequate. The historic nature of the hotel was very interesting.
