There were times when groups of kids ran the hallways during the night time. noise was not acceptable, supervision appeared lacking . behavior of some of the teenagers appeared to be the result of supervisors not having control of them. hotel did not have understanding established with supervisors of groups.

Great experience for our business trip. Enjoyed the spa and pool, shower was hot and had adequate pressure. Only complaint was the waffle maker was old and didn't make waffles to our satisfaction, but it was after all free, and there were plenty of other free breakfast options.

This hotel did so many things right, I hardly know where to begin! So many nice touches, like the large complementary cookies at the front desk, the hot coffee in the lobby, and the cleanliness of the room made our stay a great one. Although check-in is at 3:00, we were pleased to find our room available when we arrived at 1:30 so that we could be on our way quickly. The staff is courteous and hard working, especially in the breakfast room, which was kept clean and well stocked. Although our travel plans did not allow me time to use the pool, I did check the water, and it was clean and nicely heated with a nearby whirlpool (which, due to generous hours, some in our party were able to enjoy until midnight). I also noticed someone using the fitness room, which boasts a large flat screen TV and equipment that is apprently well maintained. We did not use the hotel as a vacation destination (and would likely stay at a 3-star or above), but for a stay of convenience, I doubt we could have done better, especially for the price. We were treated so well during our stay here that we will make it a point to return the next time we need to spend the night in the south suburbs.
