Pool is great and late night staff were tremendous. The hotel is in need of some upgrades.

We walked to a TGI Friday's for dinner. Went to our room and enjoyed a movie. Enjoyed a nice layout at the morning buffet. Very nicely done, we'll stay there next trip as well.

My wife accompianied me to Rochester for my continuing ed and business meetings. The hotel was fine ... clean and a fairly nice breakfast. But I chose this hotel, in part, because of the hot tub; with visions of soaking with my lovely wife after long days in hard classroom chairs and evening meetings ... The blasted thing was out of commission ALL WEEK!. I asked at the desk each day only to be promised that it would be fixed that day. Upon checkout, when I complained a bit, there was only a shoulder shrug ... no sense of even an apology. Come on folks, a little empathy would kill you ... or an apology?
